In Gregorian maps the first part of this route is completely different from the current one; at the moment it is not possible to follow it as it requires work, not yet completed.
From Palazzo Bovarino follow the gravel road towards south-east, pass the hairpin bend; at the next corner we strongly suggest to leave the main road and reach the small and ancient cemetery on your left; you can enter and, respecting the sacredness of the place, try to read some of the dedications written on the tombs. Returning to our route, we continue along the road through the woods until we reach a junction, at which we will turn right to reach San Marino.
